My name is Julian Japhta I own a 2004 FORD FOCUS TDCI. I brought it in for a service and a complete check.
I was dealing with Rivash and he explained to me that a diagnostic test would be done. After quite a long wait
I received a quote for over R50 000. We then came to a conclusion that I should rather have the safety aspects of the car taken care of. They were the fan belt and the tensioner because there was this funny noise when the car starts up. Unfortunately you did not have stock and I needed my vehicle. So I went down the road to car time and they fitted it for me. Their technician explained to me that the noise I was hearing was not the fan belt and tensioner. On Saturday I spoke to Pravash and another guy who I believe to be in charge of the workshop. He explained to me that this noise. Will not have any effect on the cars performance but I can bring it in and they can sort it out for me. What has happened since I had my vehicle serviced by Ford, the service light has come on again. Now if you guys did a diagnosticsAnd serviced my car why is the service light coming on. I asked them to check my aircon and alarm previo and on Saturday they admitted that they did not
