I booked in my car for a check up on the malfunctioning of the idling, which was unstable it was on May 2013, when I wen to fetch my car as I was told it was ready, I drove it for a week and it started to switch of completely after that while idling on its own, it was rebooked again in June, after the second checkup it was worse than before, it was rebooked for the third time on the 05 August 2013 and they it up for the worst now its got an abs light on and m told to pay for it which as the car has a warrant that expire on march 2014120000 kilo's nd my car is on 80000 kilo's currently. I requested the service department foreman and the center manager on the fone for the whole week of 29 july -02 August 2013 and I also left my contacts and name to be called back.in the morning of the 05th when I took my car in the morning I waited for longer than others while the other white customers were just coming in and getting their cars inspected immediately and left before me, this white color of action ford Krugersdorp, they only enjoy the black money and no after sale service for us. Its relay annoying and I am now considering to loose my brand loyalty?
