On 02.01.2014 I purchased a wing mirror for my Ford Figo from Action Ford Motor Group, Krugersdorp. Willie in the parts department assisted me and assured me that the part would be ready for collection on Saturday 11.01.2014. I paid for the part in full using my debit card on 02.01.2014. On Saturday 11.01.2014 I made a special trip from Little Falls to Krugersdorp in order to collect my wing mirror which I was assured would be ready for collection. Willie was not in that day and so I dealt with a young man named Andre. Andre dealt with the situation well and assisted as well as he could. He told me he would get Willie to phone me on Monday 13.01.2014 to explain himself and Andre said he would get Willie to arrange to deliver the part to me. Willie claims to have phone on Tuesday 14.01.2014 but I did not receive any missed calls. I phoned him that afternoon and he said the part would be delivered on 15.01.2014. I am still waiting for this part and communication from Action Ford. It is completely unacceptable that I was not contacted between 02.01.2014 and 11.01.2014 to say the part was not ready and that I did not receive an apology from Willie nor have I received the product.
