Bmw not backing their product

I bought a new M5 which gave endless problems and although not in the market for a more expensive product bmw did me a deal with a M6 gran coupe which is the best car i have ever had. Due to a business opportunity i had to sell or trade the M6 with less than a 1000km on the clock for something smaller hoping to realise some cash for the new venture. I went to bmw for this and the best they would offer me on any kind of deal was 1.24 mil rand for a car that i paid 1.56 mil for, that is a whopping loss of 320k on a brand new vehicle. I really find this totally unacceptable and this can only mean that their business ethics are really not up to scratch. I must just also mention that i have owned 26 bmw's in the past so my loyalty up to now has been beyond question.
Furthermore i think that if they do not contact me to discuss the matter they have lost me as customer, as it is i have traded the M6 in on a lexus because their deal was the best. I would however rather go back to bmw as i still like the product very much.
