After escalating my complaint and making 9 phone calls, still no end result!!! We all know how long you have to wait to get through!
Shimeez, the manager of the call centre reassured me that she will come back to me and I will get a refund... STILL WAITING. Left messages, called, no response.
NOT on! It is waisting my time and I do not feel it is right to have to phone after people! I want a REFUND!!!
I think I should take this matter further, just to prove a point! It is unethical and unprofessional!
