On 1 August 2012 I took my car to be cleaned at the Total in Epping Cape Town where i have been going for the past 2 years. I havent been there for about 2 months on account of bad weather. I got there just before 6pm, and they must have been preparing to go close or something because nobody wanted to assist me, the two guys present were arguing over who should be washing the car and ended up throwing the high pressure gun from the one guy to the other, but missed and this ended up hitting my car. Luckily there was no damage. I was livid. Further more, while the car was being washed I heard a strange sound, soming I havent heard before when having the car washed. It turned out that one of the guys washing the car was actually using a BROOM head. Yes, a broom. That surely does more damage than good. I couldnt find a manager anywhere and when i got back from paying nobody asked to see the receipt. I could have just left without paying. Hopefully you have camera's to see this all in action. Disgusting service. I will never go back there to pay R100 for a clean only to potentially leave with the cost of having to respray my car. There are places that do it for cheaper and more professi
