11/06/2013, i bought a Big Bou DRT 250 motorcycle from big boy Gezina. I asked the owner about parts and he told me it was readily available.
When i took my bike for it, s first service on 10/07/2013, the speedometeter and rev counter was not working correctly. He tested it and promise to get the parts and fix it. It is now three weeks back and every time i inquire about the parts or visit him, he says i have to wait, because head offisce has no parts.
That is totally unacceptable for me. I paid him in cash, and now that he has his money, he does not care about after sales service.
Pleas help me in this matter.
