Reckless movers

After we carefully wrapped all antique furniture they still managed to break the arm off a chair, break a lead glass window cabinet and a few other pieces of furniture including an entire leg off a bench. They carved holes in the newly plastered walls and damaged the floors in 4 places, actually holes in the floor. Apart from that they also managed to misplace an entire table top. O and crushed a few clearly marked fragile boxes. We called to complain and have heard absolutely nothing since a week ago
