Thank you for your response.
I hope you do understand that the nature of my complaint was not that you remove the listing nor was it to dispute the listing as I do understand that every company has it's internal policies, procedures, rules and regulations. The nature of my complaint was regarding how I was spoken to by your risk person when I was defending myself why I called the head office which was to FIND OUT if I was still listed and not to complain about the listing as I was well aware that I might still be listed. You not removing the listing doesn't bother me as much as the uncalled for way in which Johan spoke to me.
You can list me forever but I don't think that by that I deserved to be spoken to so rudely and when someone clicks their tongue at you to me that is no different than swearing. I am highly disturbed that you are not seeing this behaviour as offensive and uncalled for no matter what the circumstances but I guess we view things differently.By you not caring gives me an impression of condoning such.
