I have had a problem with my new Ford Figo bought from the dealership at the end of April 2012 and have brought it in 6 times for problems since 19th February 2013.
Francois the Dealer Principal has not cared or wanted to assist me with replacing my car or giving me my money back, his had a no care not interested attitude from day one an didn't even know it had been in the 4th time.
I got a report Ford in May saying my car is up to manufactures Standards, MY its up to manufactures standards if its been in 6 times for problems.
The Service manager also had a bad and rude attitude.
