I rented with Avis a few weeks ago and want to thank staff at the Menlyn branch in Pretoria for calling me when collecting the rental I dropped off at the panel beaters to let me know I forgot my handbag in the boot and asking what they should do with it. Staff again called me when my bag was left at the reception in Menlyn. I collected my handbag with all its content still inside. Thanks Avis!
