Pickfords: impossible to get a date of delive

I researched 12 different companies on the cost of removal of household goods from Randburg to Maputo. After consideration, my choice made and my documents sent and arrangements made. Items packed and collected by Pickfords on Friday 19th. So far, it was a wonderful, efficient experience.
Until Monday 22 July.
I had assumed mistakenly that my goods would arrive on the Monday 22nd and then the chase started to get a date of delivery.
Some documents had to be completed (value of bowls/glass/utentsils had to be added to an already completed inventory) and resent which was done on Tuesday 23rd. Payment had also been made in FULL as per Pickfords regulations on Monday 22nd.
Now we're at the close of business on Thursday and after serveral phone calls from me, and several emails (to which I have had 2 responses to say that I will be advised) I still a) dont know where my stuff is b) when will it be delivered?
All clearance/exemption documents were sent to Pickfords on 16.07.13. The two emails back from Pickfords are contradictory (one says a truck is being scheduled/one says that the clearing agent is delaying).
where is my stuff and when will it be delivered? JUST TELL ME PLSE
