The normal routine of booking a vehicle in ensuring that the service booklet/pouch that comes with the vehicle is on the seat when dropping the car off. Upon collecting my car (April 2013) to date I have received the service booklet however my user manual and pouch has groan legs. Upon several follow ups I have indirectly been told to buy a new one.
I find the level of response and assistance unacceptable
