I was involved in a transaction where I asked Juandre Strydom if they will be able to pay me a spotters fees when the deal succeed. He agreed on that by means of replying back via mail even to request my banking details and copy of my ID. He then on more than one time assured me the money would be paid. On the 1st of July his mail read that the payment would be made within 24hours! Again after numerous mails and calls from me Juandre informed me on the 5th of July that his boss did not sign off the payment and there is nothing he can do about it. He then referred to the fact the item has changed and that they cant pay the spotters anymore. On the 6th he again said via mail that he will pay but then the next week (Friday the 12th) I received a call from a Francisco Gaie informing me that in short I will not be getting any Spotter fees paid to me as his company does not do it. He also inform me that I must not contact Juandre anymore as he is very busy and a successful sales executive! (Can you believe that?!) At the end of the day I just want what was agreed upon from the beginning by the rep of Suzuki Bryanston.
