This is just disturbing I asked Garth Schooling (sales executive) and David Reid (sales manager) about the spotters on Wednesday the 15th January when I referred & took the client to the dealership to see Garth and no one mentioned anything about being registered with the dealer if one wants to claim the spotters cheque. On the 17th of Jan I sent the e-mail to Garth to follow up on this and there was no response and that's when the client took delivery. Only when after the client took delivery on the 21st I was informed I'd have to be registered prior sale and dealership does not pay the spotters after the sale. There after on the same date 21st the sales manager said he will ask head office if they can make an exception to pay after I had explained that this is how I make a leaving and was asked to send relevant documents of which I did. Today I'm told they will not pay
