Where is my phone?

Didn't want to deliver my phone, because the name and ID nr doesn't match. So the phone would have been sent back to Autopage, only to find out it is a day later and they still did not return it. Meaning I cannot get my phone. All the do is send emails and nothing further. Also to find out Autopage will only receive the phone again on Monday.
