I posted a complaint on the 17/07/13 in regards to a contract i signed for a Tucson at Zambezi on 12/.7/13which they had changed five days after i signed.
Yesterday i received a call from Hyundai Call Centre, a gentleman by the name of Henk Strydom spoke to me and LISTENED TO MY COMPLAINT. THANK YOU HENK!!!
Although Henk can not change what happened, he does understand the importance of customer service. Once again thank you Henk for making me feel like a valued customer.
