Did not finish, did not pay sub-contractor

Henk Bolleurs was paid to install a MegaMaster braai. I bought it through him for R5000. He took the smaller parts, doors etc and stored it with him. It is now August 2013. He still did not give back my braai and I had to buy it again. In the mean time it came to my attention that he did not pay the sub-contractor who installed frames and glass in the house. Henk's reaction? You can summons me if you want. Watch out for damp proofing if he builds for you... I am experiencing problems with fog in my newly built home which we had to fininsh ourselves because Henk Bolleurs will promise, but not deliver.
