Continous battle / no empathy, no accountability

I purchased my vehicle on the 07 Dec 12 via Elsabe, I was happy and pleased with the car and the cond was amazing. I was continously forced to take stupid extras worth R15k yet I fought and said I did not want that, they then said no deal!! like I cared... Thereafter for not even driving for a month oil was short then I booked it in a 100 things was replaced but they do there 80 point checks? The car was given back in a state for sore eyes! grease finger marks, they scratched my back bumper and other scratches here and there from negligence and incompetence. I then send it back they test drive my car for over 25kms how the can you regard that distance as test driving? The way they dealt with the issues and scratches was pathetic and far from professional. There is different shades of the paint gloss vs dull spots. I want to cancel this deal as per CPA if you are unhappy you can return the purchase with a full refund after several attempts.
Also when I got my car back there were even more scratches and dents that was not there. I would love to know how they fully inspect vehicles. I must now take close up pics of my vehicle in the way its sent in.
