It is with great dissappointment that one has to resort to HelloPeter for effeciency when it comes to service and customer satisfaction at Audi Dealer in Pinetown.
My vehicle was brought in on the 25th June 2013 to be specific to date i have had no joy whatsoever with the service advisor listed above. I simply dont understand why it would take three weeks in counting just to get a technician to work on the car & report to Motorite as per the request and yet in that duration it is a major inconvenient mind you there is no courtesy vehicle available so it is said the dealer has only three cars in their fleet to be shared amoungst the ratio of customers per day so to speak. Now i have children of which need to be transported to and from school, now how do i then do soo without a car for 21 days if not more?? Ive had to contact motorite & follow up if there has been comunication with AUdi to be advised otherwise. Which means from the time my car was towed in todate there hasnt been much if any work done yet im floaded with text messages that the car is being worked on? Now seemingly one must take drastic measures to have this matter to resolve thist. I demand immediate action!!!
