Their service is pathetic and beyond words. I have had the Toyota Corolla for 3 yrs. Took my car for a service forgot the cell phone and it came back without the cellphone. I enquired about the phone and they denied it. I also complained about my car radio which was faulty, they did not do anything. Took my car in for another service of 45 000km and discovered that the tyre cap was missing, called them and even went there in person was told by a white lady that there was only one person in the workshop and unable to assist me. The last straw was on 10/07/2013 when I took my car for a 60 000km service. I told them about the radio again, the tyre cap and the back passenger door that was making a noise. Only to be told that the radio's warrant expired in April 2013 which I already reported a year ago, and that I should just buy another one. The tyre cap was told that the manager won't sign for it I should just buy another one. What should I do, should I be paying for the service and making them rich with their incompetence? We have 8 people driving Toyotas here and use them, I will spread the word for everyone to avoid them. Went to see the manager Gustav, Debbie got my # no response
