It is strange that u always hear from Volvo trucks that we will see what the computer say and hopefully it will solve the problem we don't know and it takes ages and time for someone to attend to the problem, when the responsible person that were fixing the problem in the past at last come and have a look at the problem which took him the previous time less then 5 min, his response were i cant remember then with another problem its about buy a new harnass it will solve the problem or they cant read the fault codes which i did call somebody else who tell me all about the fault codes over the phone without going to the computer, its clearly that not i am getting this poor services and if u right to head office they just pull up there shoulders, they never come back to with quotations at all and can never fix the vehicle properly.
