I'm a delighted driver of VW Tiguan DSG and all thanks to the efficiency of Roger Naidoo who is a Sales Executive at VW Braamfontein Branch. I remember my Fiance bought her 1st Car six years back through him. I was delighted with how he engaged us back then. I decided to buy Tiguan and he was the first Person I thought of. I work in Pretoria and I could have used the Dealers around. I contacted him Telephonic and I told him the Car I want to buy and how I know him, what touched me was the fact that he remembered my Fiance even though we kept in touch with him back then. He didn't lower his standard because he went all out for me as well. I needed lot of extra accessories on the car and I also wanted the Car within a week because I had a wedding to plan for. He exceeded my expectations by delivering on time and keeping me updated through out the process. I liked his customer interactions and how professional he remained through out the process. He helped me to sell my old Car as well and that was exceptional customer services.
