It is not very often that we get to experience great customer services. For someone like myself who commands great level of service wherever I go and will not settle for less, I have tremendously high expectations.. I would like acknowledge Elaine from Dischem Glen Lucia from the cosmetic and fragrance counter. She displayed exceptional customer services. She was very patient with my husband and I. She still managed to assist with a smile on her face despite being so busy. She is so very knowledgeable about the products. There was even an item that I wanted and she called about to query stock in different branches and despite not getting that, it felt good knowing she was willing to go the extra mile without even asking. I am so used to prompting people to deliver exceptional services and do their jobs for them but not in this case. She saw us off till we left the store and whenever we walk into the store it is amazing to see her smiling back. She sure is a keeper with her outstanding service delivery she is a true asset to your team. So you guys better hold on tight because she is going places. She has most definitely got it right. Well done Dischem!!!
