On 22 june 2013 i removed my bakkie rear drums and took them in to Ferobrake in strand to be Skimmed.
When i came to collect i paid R460.00 for the skimming and a new pair of brake shoes. The guys working behind the counter then told me they could not give me an invoice because the computers was offline. They asked me to return the next week to collect it. I then went home to find my old brake shoes were still fine and when i returned asked if i could return them. The guy said it was fine but did not have cash so said he will phone me when i can collect my cash for the brake shoes and my invoice for the skimming. Time past and no call so this morning i went back and they told me they still did not have cash so i said i will take my brake shoes and my invoice. the guy then gave my my brake shoes and a invoice for R360 for the shoes and skimming. I then told him i paid R460.00 on that saturday. he then tried to work out, i could see on his calculator how to increase the invoice so its the same amount as he charged me that saturday. I then stripped my as we say in afrikaans and told him as i'm walking out he can leave it then he said ok.
Is this how you treat your customers???
