Hi, I requested a copy of my service report as I am still waiting for them to inform me as to when I will receive my service book. I traded my vehicle in with VW and I need to give them proof that the vehicle has been serviced while I was using it. I rquested that they mail my copies and no response from them it's been 4 weeks now and no word from them. Every time I phone I am informed that it will be emailed and faxed. I have never experienced such bad service before. My reaso for selling the vehicle is that I dont ever want to deal with such bad service.
