I purchased a vehicle from VW in Constantia, Roodepoort in January for R125k. It has been defective from the start, and has been in the shop 7 times now and is currently not working. I went back to them and asked for my money back, in line with the CPA. They refused. I offered to make a concession, and they came back with an amount of R52k, and this only 4 months later. I have reffered this to the obud, only to find out the matter could take up to 10 months to resolve.
I am disgusted, and would caution anyone from using this dealer.
