Poor service and poor paint on new bike

Hi

I purchased a new Honda CBR 600 F last year around September. After a couple of washes the paint is starting to peel off on the right side of the fearing only.

I referred the matter to Honda Menlyn and they took photos and sent it to the warrantee manager Mr. Elvis Thiko Mahandana, after a couple of weeks he came back to me to inform that they have not had such complaints on this bike before, a paint specialist will need to look at it. (as if they need to have had a case in the past before one has a valid warrantee claim). I was not informed what to do from there, I mailed him and later was told that Mr. Mark Yon would call me which has not been done.

Clearly after sales service is not the focus of a company like CMH...
Hope this message reaches someone there that will take customer service seriously even if it is just for one client that does not give them a lot of business. After all, 1 client does have a lot of social media friends...
