More than 3 months to fix minor issues

I have bought a CBR 250R repsol in March 2013. On the 18th of June 2013 I had an accident. Phoned Honda Menlyn branch to come and collect the bike. The bike has sustained the following damages: Broken front fearing, 1 broken mirror, broken rear brake bracket, bent handle bar.

After the past 2 and a half months of constant complaints from my side as to provide feedback on the progress, I have only just been told that my front fearing will arrive the 20th of September 2013. Honda SA did send a front fearing but in the wrong colour, this after it being ordered off my bikes vin number. That will place my bike at the dealership for over 3 months in total.

I have contacted the service manager on numerous occasions and even went in to talk to him.

Honda is only giving me excuses. Paying for a bike and all the parts to fix it and now I am stuck with nothing. Pathetic on a different level.
Never buying a Honda again, only due to the service provided!!!
