My car has officially been with Hofbro Autobody for over a month, everytime i try and contact them to find out when my car will be ready they give me excuses, my car was taken in on 04 February and still nothing. i now do not know what to do any longer. They have now damaged my car even more as when i went there the paint colors were not the same the parts were not alligned and they scratched my car. Over a week ago when i was supposed to collect my car they had cracked my bumper and are now blaming it on previous panel beaters. There was absolutly nothing wrong with my car. i have never in my life received such bad service and cannot understand how Outsurance has refered me to these people, or how they are supposed to be certfied! The receptionist was supposed to call me back on friday after lunch and guess what im still waiting!!!
