The incorrect item was supplied after payment. NORMAN, then kept stalling replacing the item. We finally had to source from another supplier after he admitted to not having it.
He is now refusing to refund the money paid. We are will to deliver it to him, but still he refuses to pay us back.
He constantly and has a terrible attitude to customers.
