We bought a pre-owned Steed 2.8 TDi 4x4 on 30/05/2013 - were told it was a 2009 turned out to be 2008. Then took delivery on 04/06/2013. Were promised that the clutch would be replaced, a full service, headlight and towbar would be done. But it wasn't... the car was collected on 09.06.2013 for all of it to be done plus the snag list which incl. a heater, batteries for the keys and brakes to be checked and also we and not received our registration papers for the car. The car was returned to us with only the headlight being done... there have been phone calls and messages not returned... the clutch eventually gave up and we had to book the car in on 03.07.2013... I have to go to Cape Town on business on 05.07.2013 and they at workshop say they still are busy with the it and cant do anything about it... I have lost money as I run my own business and have had to cancel many clients for 2 days now and should this run into 05.07.2013 I will lose a contract in Cape Town.
