Budget Auto Clinic advertised on Groupon for a 30 point check. My wife bought the coupon & I took the car for a service on 11th July 2013 on her behalf. In her initial call to book the service she was told that there would be a drop off service and she should book car in by 8:00 - 8:15. I was there at 8:00 and the workshop only opened at 8:45. The workshop was in a horrible state with oil everywhere. I asked for a specific oil to be used on the vehicle & was willing to pay extra for it. When I called to hear when they would deliver the car, I was told I must come & collect it, I complained that I had no transport they said I must try. I eventually got someone to drop me to collect the car. It was not completed. They were servicing the car outside in the road on the sidewalk. The oil was not topped up. The brakes was not done. My vehicle was dirty as it was not washed as was pointed out in advertisment. My wife called the workshop the following day and she was verbally abused. We disputed this with Groupon who was just as much to blame as BAC & to date we still have not had a favourable response from BAC or Groupon. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
