I was looking to buy a car last year and decided to buy my car in Cape Town. I went to the dealer in Claremont in July and spoke to a gentleman called Dean Malan at the Claremont Dealership of Audi. The service I received was quite shocking as this salesman was worse than a second hand car dealer and basically had the gall to tell me that he believed all people (in other words without really saying it disbelieved my intentions to buy a new car) and basically judged me on what he assumed was my capacity to buy the car I wanted. To say the least I think this salesman is the biggest I have come across. I went to japan for work In Sept. 2012 for 3 months and contacted Kameshnee Gangen of Audi Waterfront via e-mail while in Japan with the specs of the car I wanted. Although not meeting me she was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to stay in contact with to find me the car I wanted. In dealing with me throughout she did not form opinions of what she believe my affordability was and obtained the exact spec of the car (an Audi S5) including the colour and needless to say I had it delivered in March 2013. Kameshnee is the epitome of what a brand ambassador is.
