I have tried maultiple times to get throug to Kia but with no luck, my fiance had an accident 28/07/2013, the front of the vehicle was hit pretty hard as the radiator and engine have been pushed back, the passsenger door does not even open, yet no air bags were deployed, i bought the top of the range Kia picanto, as it had the euro cap award for best safety, now i wonder if my wife did not have her seatbelt on she would have been laying on the road, i would like a query done as to why the airbags were not deployed, if it is all above board i will accept it and tell my family and friends about kia so called safety, if they were supposed to be deployed i would like an investiagetion done as to what happend and i would like to take further legal action, i have had no problems with kia, the sales servicer and after service really is amazing but as for this i am not happy at all
