Today the 4 June 2013 I went to a wool shop in Parow call Woolworld. 133 Voortrekker Rd Parow. The assistant and the owner were very rude to begin this whole saga. I eventually left with my purchases of R166.40 worth of wool for a pair of socks and a scarf I would be knitting. When I got home, I realised that the wool I bought to knit socks was not suitable, so i decided to go back and return it for something more suitable. I walked in the store and told the assistant i want to exchange for something else. She said yes, so I put my parcel of wool on the counter. When I came back my wool was missing. The owner and assistant didn't know where it went, As a result they wouldn't reimburse me with new wool and made me pay for others. I asked if they can look on security camera to check who walked off with my wool. The answer was they need to get the security guy in to playback the tape, of which it would cost me R300. I said no way, this is your shop and you should be held responsible. I left there very angry R250.00 later with new wool which I had to buy
