Very bad customer service

I bought a new piston for my Ford Bantam bakkie on Saturday 29 June 2013. I was recommended to Jimmy's Auto buy the supplier I bought the part from to have the rod pressed into the piston. When I arrived there Jimmy wasn't there, so one of his employees told me he can do the required press work for R80.00. This employee broke the piston in the process, from where I phoned Jimmy on his cell phone to complain about this, when I was told that he cannot take responsibility for the employees actions as he wasn't there to see what happened and that the employee shouldn't have done the work as they are not correctly equipped for that. It costed me to go buy a new piston yet again at the price of R400.00, bringing the total cost to replace it to R800.00 instaed of the original R400.00, and then I get told that he cannot take responsibility for what happens in his own shop when he's not there, which I feel is absolutely absurd, very poor management and I will not recommend his service to any person that cares about his or her car.
