I took my car during the service period and was not been helped about the gear problem because I was told the system was offline;then it took them 2 weeks to come back to me and mind you I kept on calling. and told to wait.
Then they finally called in my car and did some inspection and was told that they are waiting for a written go ahead from head office and have not received any response.up to date I am still waiting for morethan a month now. What a bad after sales department, so disappointed. Morethan 5 people wanted to buy the KIa Rio and asked me my experience and I told them nothing but truth and they were left with no option but not to buy from KIA?
I will never ever buy from KIA.
