Decent reception, good attitude and brake pads replaced without any problem. Best of all was no hard sell attitude to replace/repair or sell on any extras as frequently happens with other dealers of this sort.
The staff here also replaced a faulty tire valve and a refill of nitro at no cost to me a few months ago after some other company wanted to sell me a new "leaking corroded rim "
