I have previous posted a complaint on hello peter regarding inability of VW fury to fix shuddering on VW vehicles. Mine was a Jetta 5 and now i just read a sad story from shonab regarding the shuddering on her/his new VW Polo GTI which VW fury has taken 9 weeks ago.
VW fury messed up my VW jetta 5 last year and caused the shuddering cause all that started after i took it in for front disc change and from there it was one service after another. The dealer principal also does not help matters.
I also paid in some money which they did not want to repay for their attempts to fix the car which dismally failed. My understanding is that if i pay for a service/ repair then i must be reimbursed if they cannot repair the problem they caused.
