On Thursday 26 June I agreed to purchase a Bakkie from Seapoint Carmart and signed an OTP (offer to purchase). They did inform me that someone else is interested in the bakkie but as I have signed an OTP I would assume I would have 1st choice. The next morning when I phoned them for their bank details they informed me that bakkie has been sold. My finance was approved about an hour later. I think it is lousy of them to make me drive 1000km to inspect the bakkie and waste a whole day of my time.
