Their promise:
- You car will be repaired in 10 working days after full payment made on 27/05/2013 and have constant updates to its progress and receive the best workmanship.
What you get:
- You will be shrugged off to someone else since your initial point of contact is only only remains as such until payment is made.
- You will be notified that repair begins 10 days after the parts have arrived and not per your payment date which was 6 working days in my case.
- You will receive the occasional, enigmatic, jargon loaded correspondence on the progress of your car and will not receive it in 10 working days after the parts arrive.
- You will literally need to go check up on the progress yourself
- The amount quoted and signed for will change and have an additional amount of R4300 added to it.
Heaven help you if you do not have it because you will enter a second month not having your car.
It is completely ludicrous given that I have previously recommended Proline Panelbeaters and subsequently have to become this bitter due to bad customer service.
