My vehicle, a KIA Sorento, was due for a 60 000 km service, which I had taken to the local PMBurg dealership. I was told that the air filter required changing and would be for my account. The vehicle has a 5yr / 100000 km service / maintenance plan which says it covers the servicing of the vehicle, which to my mind indicates that IT IS COVERED. But when you speak to the dealership they indicate it is not part of the service schedule. So even though it needs changing they will not do it. I then ask why the do we have a maintenance plan. I hate it when we as consumers are misled in this way.
