Poor service, Bad attitude, dishonesty towards warra

My vechile were repaired by Lammers garage three months ago. At first we were told that we had to pay in as this was a warranty case. When we complained and showed them that the warranty were suppose to pay the amount in full, they accepted and repaired the car. When i went to fetch my car the exhaust were damaged and i demanded that they fix the exhaust. It was done after a huge battle.
My vechile broke again on the 4th of June and the assesment done by another mechanic revealed that Lammers garage did not do the job correctly. The car were picked up by lammers garrage on the 4th. I had to contact Wimpie to find out what is the status. He then told me that the reason for the breakage was the crank pulley. He as a RMI dealer were suppose to lodge the claim and get the car repaired. He did not do this. He instead went away while he promised the thursday that we could get the car the friday. When i started to note down all corespondance per e-mail he said that he lodged a claim but that SA WARRANTY's denied the claim. I asked him for the proof which he could not give me. He now gave me a quote of mere than R5000 for the repairs, while he is the reaso for the breakage of the car. Apparently he thinks
