Shocking service!

My car was sent in for its first km service, when purchasing the car it arrived brand new with a damaged tow bar, the sales man guaranteed me it would be fixed on my first service, when i mentioned this to the service manager he said he knew nothing about it, i had to dig up the email as proof and forwarded through to them, they agreed to fix it as promised originally. on collecting the car, the keys were just handed to me and no one asked me to sign for it or told me what has been done to the car, HOW DO YOU NOT GET SOMEONE TO SIGN FOR THE CAR OR SHOW PROOF OF OWNERSHIP, seems cars are just handed out!

i left for jhb on a business trip only to find a rattle, when i investigated i found it was in fact a loose rail at the back of the car that was not tightened, i tried for two days to contact the branch with no luck, i contact customer care and spoke to sizwe and still no luck, eventually 4 days later i got hold of the manager and told him i was bringing the car in for it to be fixed (the tow bar still not fixed either) on arriving they made us wait 30min and everyone vanished, i left as i couldn't wait any longer, called the care centre and still 3 weeks later no one has called
