Not happy about service

Hi There, I took my car in for hail damage in February 2013, got my car back after - 6week's and was
incomplete, not only that, my central locking, which includes my car alarm, my tracker and my car's clock, doesn't work, reported that and was told to bring my car back the next day, to which i was told that once the part that was needed to complete my car, was on back order and once it has been received I will be notified and I will be able to bring my car back and that all will be fixed. I accepted that, but after 3 months of not a single update, I take my car back, left it there for 2 days, only to be told that they could not fix my car, that they will book my car in with KIA for it to be fixed. Its now well over a month later and still no news. When will, what was promised, be done, due to insurance, if anything happens to my car while it isn't fixed, I'm. Something needs to be done, I know for a fact that my car was not handed over to you the way it was handed over to me. I would greatly appreciate I this could be resolved as soon as possible. Thank you.
