No Delivery

I have been trying to track a parcel since the 23rd of December. The Skynet staff are unable to tell me where my parcel is apart from it being in Cape Town. The turn around time is 5 days, it has been 10 days, excluding the holidays. I would like to know where my parcel is and when I can expect delivery.
