Promise made, not kept not even a call to explain

Just a month after having my car sit in the workshop because the pulley fell off for no apparent reason and the fact that they could not help me with a loan car while my husband was in ICU in the Olivedale Clinic after having heart surgery my car will now not start. The battery is charged and its want to kick over but then cuts out. I called "ROAD SIDE ASSIIST" to be told by Jacques that they can only help me on Tuesday and that I should call the dealership which I did. Henny promised me that he could only come to my house after 12am to see if there was something that he could do to help me and that he would call me when on his way. Well I hope that both Jacques and Henny had a great long weekend unlike me who had to spend it between my 4 walls with no transport. It is now Monday afternoon and I am yet to hear from Henny. Thank I was not stuck in a mielie plantation in between somewhere and no where. I regret the day I signed the paper to purchase a Hyundai. From day one I have had nothing but poor service from them.
