I bought a GWM H5 10mnths ago from the first 1000km service check I complained about the gearbox making a scratching noise got told they will fix (still not done 10mnth later) @1200km the seats started to peal promise was made to be fix @ 8000 km the computer box packet up was told it is water damage and had to pay R23000.00 for a new 1 this means these cars can not stand in the rain waited 3weeks for car@ 10000km the locks started giving problems was told it will be repaired @20000km after being serviced the engine made loud noise was taken back and was told they will fix all the problems 3 weeks of waiting with no car nothing was done was told they will let us no when the parts and material has arrived now @ 23000km the brake pads and disc pad needs to be replaced car went in on Monday and still waiting for it and none of the other complains has been fixed had In 10 months I had this car it has been standing for more than 2 month and nothing was done have spend thousands on a brand new car that has warranty have now lodged a complaint with Motor Industry Ombudsman aswell
