Service decreasing as the ownership channging

We always deal with Lyndhurst Auto as it convenient as we work in Melrose Arch, which is the only reason why we keep coming back. The service has been decreasing for a long time now and it is very disappointing as you expect good service! The most recent incident was that my appointment was not recorded and while arriving EARLY they said to me I need to coma back another day! This should not be my problem, they did take my car in but is was finished so late and only after calling numerous times I got some feedback. My motorplan was supposed to be transfered that day but they said they would do it on Monday. (which I knew would not happen) Then about 2 weeks later the back brake pads needed to be replaced and so I followed the normal procedure, only to find out my motorplan was NOT in my name! When we received the car and after much complaining it was done. I was told my car had a recall and they would order the parts and call me early this week to make an appointment. Still no notification. Even if the parts have not arrived it would be nice to just let me know. I could go on and on about other instances but there is not enough space. I am very disappointed.
